Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.

On instructions, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits the Petitioner can withdraw this Petition and prefer a Writ Petition since an application seeking NA 44 permission is pending with the Municipal Corporation, Latur and no further steps are being taken to decide the application.

The learned Advocate Mr. Urgunde appears on behalf of the Corporation, since the Corporation received Advocate's notice. He fairly submits that the Corporation does not desire to trouble anybody

77cp586-24 and this Court may issue appropriate order to the Corporation to decide the pending application within a reasonable time. 4.

In view of the above, we expect the Corporation to decide the pending application seeking NA 44 permission, within 60 days from today.

The Petition is disposed off.
