Heard Mr. Sachin Panale learned counsel for the petitioner. In the order dated 01.07.2021, I have already noted, that the challenges raised, to the auction sale on various grounds, by the petitioner, have been turned down by this Court while deciding Writ Petition No.3511 of 2011, an appeal against which has been dismissed on 07.08.2015 and the Special Leave Petition challenging the same has also been dismissed on 26.10.2015. 2.
