PER COURT :- 1.

This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner regarding grant of benefit of continuation of service and counting of the service for placement in Senior Scale / Selection Grade, increments in pay scales and placements and all other consequential benefits of continuation in service along with delayed payment of interest etc. within period of two months.

It appears that the application / representation was filed by the petitioner on 8th September, 2009, through respondent nos. 5 and 6, with relevant documents, addressed to respondent no.3. However, according to the petitioner, no decision has been taken by respondent No.3.

We grant liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation with relevant documents through respondent nos. 5 agp/-
