The petitioner has put forth prayer Clauses "A", "B" and "C' as under :- (A) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to release the bill of Rs.91,08,046/- in favour of the petitioner within 4 weeks.

(B) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to decide letter/representation dated 06.09.2021, 12.01.2022 and 28.04.2022 as early as possible. (C) Pending hearing and final disposal of this writ petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to deposit the amount of Rs.91,08,046/- in the petitioner's

WP 8033-2022 Bank account.

The petitioner is unable to state as to whether there is any arbitration clause which binds the petitioner and the respondents. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the representation at page No.55 dated 28/04/2022 addressed to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3, be decided.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We would expect the respondents to respond to the request of the petitioner, if the said request is within the frame work of law. Let such response be offered within 90 days.
