Mr. Kadam, the learned counsel submits that, the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of petitioners as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' (Scheduled Tribe) are pending with the respondent No. 2/Committee since October and November 2013, but no decision has been taken as yet. The college is asking for the validity certificate for prosecuting further studies. 2.

At present no interim orders are claimed by petitioners. As and when the occasion arises, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Court in case their admissions are threatened. The respondent No. 2/Committee shall decide the validation

2 wp 6961.15 proceedings in respect of tribe claim of petitioners as belonging to Mannervarlu (S.T.) expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (1) year from today. The petitioners shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of said proceedings. The writ petition is accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
