The learned AGP, on instructions, tenders across the bar a communication received by her dated 15/06/2023, wherein, the State has given details as to steps being taken for disbursing the salaries of the petitioners, who are Special Teachers. It contains three lists. 2.

According to the list Annexure - 1, as many as 155 teachers were found to be eligible and no issue was found regarding their appointment. 1/2

Since the purpose of this application i.e. Civil Application No.784/2023 is over in view of the statement being made by the learned AGP, the same is disposed of accordingly.
