Mr Barlinge, the learned Counsel submits that the father of the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate. The real paternal uncle of the petitioner and the real paternal aunt of the petitioner are issued with the validity certificates of Thakur Scheduled Tribe. 2.

We have heard Mr Barlinge, the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and submits that the Scrutiny Committee would decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three days. The matter is reserved for judgment. The said statement is accepted.

Accepting the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader made on instructions, that within a period of three days, the judgment would be delivered. We dispose of the writ petition. The copy of the judgment be supplied to the petitioner immediately. All the contentions are kept open. No costs.
