Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is before us awaiting decision by respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary) on a proposal received by him from the Head Master wherein the petitioner has been serving as an Assistant Teacher for including his name in the Shalarth ID. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.3 to forward the request to the respondent No.2 Deputy Director of Education as expeditiously as possible, within three weeks and further direct the respondent No.2 to consider and take appropriate decision

WP 6980-2023 on that proposal as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of three weeks thereafter.
