All these applications are seeking for condonation of exact similar quantum of delay of 545 days caused in fling the appeals challenging the Judgment and award dated 19.03.2018, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga in L.A.R. No. 174 of 2013.

Though the sole respondent i.e. claimants in all applications are served, they choose to remain absent. The applicants who are acquiring body has set out the reasons for delay in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the application. Mostly, the delay has occurred on account of following procedure and the difficulties faced by the office during the Pandemic situation. 4.

The contention of the applicant remained unrebutted. Having regard to above, for the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned in all applications and they are disposed accordingly.
