Heard the learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

Affidavit in reply is filed by the Tahsildar, Latur. Para 5 of the said affidavit reads as under :- "

It is further submitted that now all the proceedings are terminated and there is no dispute regarding land in question. Now the authorities may proceed with the demarcation of the plots and finalization layout of the acquired land for the purpose of extension of Gaothan. After sanction of necessary layout of the plots, plots will be disbursed amongst the beneficiaries in accordance with the Government policy. "

In the light of the aforesaid affidavit filed, grievance of the petitioner, to a large extent, stands redressed. As such, no orders at present are necessary.
