Heard learned A.G.P. and the learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants.

Delay of 387 days is caused in filing the First Appeal on Stamp No.19475/2016 whereas delay of 429 days has been caused in filing First Appeal on Stamp No.19478/2016. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in procedural compliances, the time was consumed and that is the reason that the appeals could not be filed within the stipulated period of limitation. agp/-

Considering the reasons as are assigned in the applications for condonation of delay which, according to me, are just and sufficient, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of. The Appeals be registered in accordance with law. 5.

After registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents in the appeal returnable after four weeks. Shri V.B.Wayal, learned Counsel, waives service for respondents / original claimants. Service complete. Call for R & P. Place the matter for admission on 7.7.2017.

The execution of the awards impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of entire amount under the awards along with the interest thereon in this Court by the appellants within twelve weeks from the date of this order.
