Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The learned A.G.P. submits that considering the objection of the petitioner, the eligibility criteria has been changed and even those persons who have not installed Aerosol suppression system are now eligible to participate in the tender process. The same was pursuant to the objection raised by the petitioner.

In a way objection of the petitioner has been considered by the respondents. The objection of the petitioner that Aerosol suppression

2 89-wp 7121-2020.odt system only should be resorted to is considered by the respondents. The Chief Fire Suppression officer has opined and suggested Aerosol Gas system.

As the expert is consulted by the respondents, we would certainly not interfere in the said process. The part of the objection of the petitioner appears to have been accepted and now even the persons who have not earlier installed Aerosol based fire protection system are entitled and eligible to compete in the fresh tender process. 5.
