The petitioners have put forth prayer clause (C), which reads as under :- "C.
By issue of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, to direct the respondents to grant additional increments for "Excellent work" in view of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No. 6480/2019 dated 06.06.2019." 2.
The learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent No.1 and the learned Advocate for respondent Nos.2 to 10, submit on instructions, that the case of the petitioners is covered by the order dated 06/06/2019, delivered by this Court in Writ Petition
8407.22wp (2) No.6480/2019 (Raosaheb Mango Patil and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others).

In view of the above, this petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).

It is informed that most of the Zilla Parishads, who have suffered the order dated 06/06/2019, have preferred review petitions and the same are pending before the Court. As such, the amounts that have been recovered, if any, from these petitioners, would be returned to them within a period of six months, in the light of the directions set out in the order dated 06/06/2019.
