The petitioner had filed complaint under Section 500 of Indian Penal Code. Initially, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ahmednagar had issued the process against accused no.1 i.e. present respondent no.2. However, it was set aside by learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar. The deceased petitioner had impugned the said order. It was an individual cause of action to claim the relief.

Since the complainant/petitioner died, the petition becomes infructuous. Hence, the revision application stands disposed of as abated.
