Civil Application Nos. 10996/13, 11000/2013, 11004/13 and 10998/13 are filed for condonation of delay by the State, appellants. In the matters bearing CA Nos. 10996, 10998 and 11000 of 2013, learned counsel Shri. R.T. Deshmukh submitted that he is filing appearance for respondents. Both the sides are heard. In view of the contentions made in the aforesaid applications and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, aforesaid delay condonation applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.

Notice in aforesaid respective appeals is waived by learned counsel Shri. R.T. Deshmukh for original claimants. Call record and proceedings in all the matters. Stand over to 26.4.2016.

In Civil Application No. 11002/2013 filed for condonation of delay, learned counsel Shri. Deshmukh submits that he will try to get instructions from the proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent Nos. 6 and 9.
