Since the online application tendered by the petitioner with the assistance of the Setu Seva Kendra, was misdirected towards another SDO, that the directions of this Court especially clause 4(d), could not be complied with.

The petitioner then filed yet another online application, which is at page No.28 of the petition paper book and the same has been delivered appropriately to the competent authorities as the status indicates as "success". Considering that the second online application khs/July 2022/436

- 2 - has also been returned by the SDO to the petitioner contending deficiencies, we permit the petitioner to straight away reach the office of the S.D.O.Amalner on 29.07.2022 at 12.00 noon. The SDO, herself, will assist the petitioner to submit an online application and immediately thereafter will grant the certificate to him, online. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner is satisfied.
