Learned counsel for the petitioner in the circumstances seeks indulgence of this court for continuation of operation of interim relief which has been hitherto operating since 2014. However, respondents show reluctance to accede to said request.

In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to continue the interim relief hitherto operating for further period of one week only.

As such, interim relief to operate for a period of one week.
