Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent i.e. acquiring body. In view of the submission so made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the

2 CA4156.2017.doc satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw further 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(iii) The further 25% of the amount deposited is also permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants on furnishing the bank guarantee of any nationalized bank or scheduled bank in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iv) The remaining 25% of the amount be invested in any nationalized bank in Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) initially for a period of two years and if required, till disposal of appeal.

Civil Applications stand disposed of.
