None for the applicant when the matter was called out. We have perused the averments made in the Civil Application. By this Civil Application, the applicant prays that the order dated 17/7/2012, passed by the learned Registrar of this Court, dismissing the Writ Petition on the ground that the applicant has not removed office objections.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. In our view, the applicant has made out a case for setting aside the order dated 17/7/2012 on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within four weeks from today. Writ Petition is restored to file. It is made clear that, if the office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the order passed by this Court today shall stand vacated without reference to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
