This application is moved for modification of order dated 04.03.2021 passed in Civil Application No.1962 of 2020, whereunder, the applicant was permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount under the award on furnishing bank guarantee. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is unable to furnish bank guarantee. His survival is depending on the amount of compensation.
