ORDER

The law officer of appellant Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation Mr. Avinash Satwaji Vishwas, tenders on record withdrawal pursis along with the authority letter. He prays for withdrawal of appeal(s) on the basis of authority letter.

The withdrawal pursis and authority letter are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'.

In view of the withdrawal of the appeal(s), the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court or before the Tribunal is permitted to be withdrawn as apportioned by Tribunal. 4.
If the entire amount is not deposited, then the balance amount shall be paid by the appellant to the respondents within a period of eight weeks from today and disbursement of the same shall be done as per the order passed by the Tribunal.
