Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.
By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 18.05.2023 passed by the Collector Nanded, in file No. 2022/GB/Desk-1/Gra pa ni/CR-25 whereby the complaint filed by the petitioner for disqualification of respondent No. 3 came to be dismissed. 3.
The petitioner had filed complaint on the ground that respondent No. 3 had failed to hold the Gram Sabha which is mandatory as per Section 7 and 36 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959.
