The application is filed for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration of second appeal is refused and for condonation of delay caused in filing the application. In view of the submissions made and contents of the application, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown.

So, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order made by the Registrar Judicial is hereby set aside. Matter is restored to its original number. Office objections are to be removed prior to 29.7.2016. If office objections are not removed prior to that date, it is to be presumed that present proceeding is dismissed.
