In the second and the third petition, the parties have settled the dispute amongst themselves. The respondents/ original appellants have tendered their affidavits, duly sworn and identified. Both these affidavits are taken on record and collectively marked 'X' for identification.

Both the learned advocates jointly submit that the dispute
between the parties has been settled as is evident by document 'X' and both these petitions can be disposed of. Shri Kakade, learned advocate for the petitioner/Management submits that all the parties are present in the Court. The Campus Registrar Shri Shaikh Dastgir instructs Shri Kakade that these two petitions can be disposed of as withdrawn, in the light of document 'X'.

Consequently, both these petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.

In so far as the first petition No. 9222/2017 is concerned, Shri Deshpande, learned advocate submits that the dispute between the petitioner/Management and the respondents has been brought to end. The affidavit of the respondent No. 1/Mrs. Khan Waheeda Haroon would be filed in the Court on/or before 23/08/2017. This petition can be disposed of by recording the said undertaking.

Shri Kakade, submits that the representative of the
petitioner who is present in the Court, instructs to withdraw this petition, in the light of the settlement. 6.
As such, by granting leave to respondent No. 1 to file her affidavit on record, this petition is also disposed of as withdrawn, on instructions.
