At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner leave to correct designation of respondent nos. 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is pending with Respondent No. 2, the same is not yet decided. 3.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and

( 2 ) wp 7647.18 submits that in case the proposal is filed seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and if the same is pending, then the authority will decide it in accordance with law. 4.

In case the proposal is filed by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and if the same is pending with Respondent No. 2, then Respondent No. 2 shall decide it in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
