SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
DATE :
16th July, 2018 ORDER :
1.
Petition has been moved against rejection of interim relief application before revisional authority. Revision has been preferred against two concurrent decisions, one by the sub divisional officer and the other by additional collector. 2.
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks an order to maintain status-quo in respect of mutation entries. However, learned counsel for respondents points out that mutation is already carried out.
3.
In view of the same, and since revision is pending and further progress in the same appears to have taken place, it is
WP-7799-18.doc difficult to accede to the request under writ petition. Writ petition does not carry purpose any further. 4.
Writ petition, as such, is disposed of.
5.
Pending revision may be disposed of expeditiously and disposed of preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
