The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by him with the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad as also with the Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad for correction in caste column in the school record, is kept pending, though time to time the petitioner approached to the said authorities. We direct the Education Officer (Primary) as

6572.14wp well as Education Officer (Secondary) of Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad to consider the application of the petitioner, in accordance with the relevant rules and in particular, Rule 26.3 and 26.4 of the Secondary Schools Code and take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30th June, 2015.
