Mr. N. R. Pawade, learned Advocate appearing for petitioner submits that respondent's advocate has appeared on caveat on behalf of respondent No.4-VKSS Society Ltd. Akoli Tq. & Dist. Gangakhed. However, in order dated 15.07.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court, name of respondent's advocate has been recorded on behalf of respondent No.4 as well as respondent No.5. Respondent Nos.5, 7 and 9 were not parties to original proceedings before Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Hence, the appearance of advocate may kindly be recorded only on behalf of respondent No.4-VKSS Society.
