The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are given to respondent no.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that the petitioner is placed at Serial No.1353 in the Seniority List maintained by the office of respondent no.2 and as and when the petitioner's turn will come, his case for request transfer will be considered by respondent no.2. 5.

In the light of the above submissions made across the Bar, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for request transfer in view of the policy and the Seniority List maintained by respondent no.2, as expeditiously as possible.
