In this petition, an innocuous prayer is made inasmuch as the proposal for approval to the

2 49-wp6736.odt appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher and subsequent placement in the pay Scale of Rs.9300­34800 with Grade Pay 4300, is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

It appears that the Headmaster of respondent no.5 - School has favourably recommended the said proposal.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not given salary since the date of his appointment. 6.

In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, to take a decision on the proposal submitted by respondent no.5 - School for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant

3 49-wp6736.odt Teacher and placement in the pay Scale of Rs.9300­ 34800 with Grade Pay 4300, if not already taken, as expeditiously as possible, however within a period of four weeks from today and to communicate the decision to respondent nos.4 and 5.
