IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD CONTEMPT PETITION NO.495 OF 2018 (Syeda Amera Bano Vs. Mrs.Fatma Zakaria and others) IN APPEAL NO.17 OF 2017 WITH CONTEMPT PETITION NO.496 OF 2018 (Shaikh Meraj Basheer Vs. Mrs.Fatma Zakaria and others) IN APPEAL NO.18 OF 2017 Mr.V.V.Deshmukh, Advocate for the petitioners. ( CORAM : Ravindra V.Ghuge, J.) DATE : 11/07/2018 PER COURT :

1.

In both these matters, the petitioners contend that the respondent has violated the judgment of the School Tribunal delivered in Appeal Nos.17/2017 and 18/2017. It is fairly stated that both these petitioners have already initiated execution proceedings u/s 13 of the M.E.P.S. Act, 1977.

2.

Considering the above, I am not exercising my jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act. Both these petitions are, therefore, disposed of. The disposal of these 2 petitions shall not be an impediment in the path of these petitioners so far as the statutory remedies available to them in law are concerned. khs/JULY 2018/495-d
