Heard learned counsel for the appearing parties. 2.

Petitioner has filed representation on 24-04-2016 for correction of his school record referring to his caste. He also refers to that in similar situation, an order came to be passed by a division bench of this court on 01-04-2015 in writ petition no. 3657 of 2015, wherein directions were given to decide representation in the light of provisions of rule 26.3 and 26.4 of the Secondary School Code, as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Having regard to aforesaid, while respondents have no particular objection for disposal of this writ petition as well with

2 WP - 10132-2017 such direction, we deem it appropriate to dispose of present writ petition directing respondent no. 2 to consider representation of petitioner in the light of provisions of Secondary School Code and may issue necessary directions.

All points of parties are kept open.
