The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (A), which reads as under:- "A) For a writ of mandamus, Order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's Appeal (Exhibit 'C') filed against the Termination Order dated 14.04.1996 within such stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is, that respondent No.2 has still not decided the appeal preferred by him on 23/02/2018. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

We direct respondent No.2, to deal with the said pending appeal of the petitioner, if not already decided. He shall decide the same after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the parties, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30/12/2022.
