Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent-State.

The present applicant has been convicted by the learned Special Judge, Majalgaon vide judgment and order dated 26/6/2015 passed in Special (ACB) Case No. 1 of 2011 for the offences punishable under section 7, 13(1)

2 Cr. Appln./3593/2015 (d) r/w. 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months and to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- in default to suffer further simple imprisonment for one month for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.2000/- in default to suffer further simple imprisonment for two months for the offences punishable under section 13(1)(d) r/w. 13(2) of the Prevention of Act.

Considering the terms of substantive sentences, the same are hereby suspended. Fine amount is already deposited.

The appellant/applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond and furnishing surety in the amount of Rs.15,000/- each. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
