The order dated 23.7.2025 shows that when the matter was called out, the petitioners sought pass over to inform about the status of the proceeding before the trial court. However, in the second session also, none appeared for the petitioner. This Court, therefore, vide order dated 23.7.2025 has granted last chance, by way of indulgence to 31.7.2025, thereby making it clear that if none appears for the petitioner on the said date, petition shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution. 2.

Today, when the matter was called out in first session, Mr. Shinde had appeared and sought time to take instructions about the current status of the possession of the suit property. He was given time to take instructions and matter was kept at the end of the board. 3.

However, when the matter is called out at the end of the board, again he has failed to appear or give any instructions about the status of possession over suit property.

In view of the order dated 23.7.2025, passed by this Court, the petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution, as it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. [MEHROZ K. PATHAN] JUDGE.
