It is being pointed out that by the communication dated 29.06.2020, respondent No.3 has already forwarded the proposal resting with the respondent No.2 - District Collector. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the proposal (Exhibit-A) on its own merits and take appropriate steps, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
