The present applicant has been convicted by the learned Special Judge, Omerga vide judgment and order

2 Cr. Appln. 3594/2015 dated 18/6/2015 passed in Special (ACB) Case No. 3 of 2011 for the offences punishable under section 7, 13(1) (d), 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two years and to pay fine of Rs. 5000/- in default to suffer further rigorous imprisonment for six months for the offence punishable under section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.5000/- in default to suffer further rigorous imprisonment for six months for the offences punishable under 13(1)(d) and section 13(2) of the Prevention of Act.

Considering the terms of substantive sentences, the same are hereby suspended. Fine amount is already deposited.

The appellant/applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond and furnishing surety in the amount of Rs.15,000/- each. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
