I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

Order of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi dated 31/12/2015 in RTS No.146/2015 is said to be disobeyed. Considering the scope of Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act and keeping in view that the remedy is available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, I am of the view that this contempt petition does not deserve to be entertained by this Court. 3.

So also, the learned AGP submits that if the petitioner supplies a copy of the petition paper book, he would do the needful by bringing it to the notice of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Shirdi as regards the compliance of order dated 31/12/2015. khs/NOV.2016/701-d
