This is an application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 603 days. 2.

Heard respective learned counsels for the parties. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant points out that in connected appeals, this court has already condoned the delay on the same reasons for the same period of 603 days vide order dated 11-02-2020, passed in Civil Application No. 8725 of 2018 in FAST No. 19129 of 2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 opposes the application, however, there is no reply filed by non-applicant - respondent no. 1 on record opposing the application.

As this court in connected matters has already condoned the delay, moreover, I find the reasons given in this application are sufficient for condonation of delay, accordingly, application is allowed. Delay of 603 days is condoned. Application is disposed of.

Office is directed to register the First Appeal and place the matter for admission.
