Since Respondent No.6 did not appear before this Court though served with the notice, this Court, by order dated 12/06/2025, issued the Bailable Warrant against Respondent No.6 in the sum of Rs.1000/-, returnable today. Today, Respondent No.6

Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly. [II] ORDER IN WRIT PETITION :

The learned Advocate Mr. Malte appearing online for Respondent No.5 - Swami Ramanand Teerth Maharashtra University submits that, the proposal for provisional pension of the Petitioner has been forwarded to the Regional Joint Director [Higher Education], Nanded Division, Nanded i.e. Respondent No.3. 4.

We direct the Respondent No.3 to process the said proposal of the Petitioner for provisional pension and take all necessary steps as required under the law, at the earliest and before the next date.

The presence of Respondent No.6 is no more necessary in the Petition.
