PER COURT :- Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Missing girl Pravini @ Sonu is produced before this Court. The petitioner is present in this Court. She identified the missing girl, who is present in the Court. In addition to the same, the Police Officer has also ascertained that, the missing girl produced before this Court, is Pravini @ Sonu.

In that view of the matter, so far prayer clause `B' is concerned, the same stands satisfied.

So far prayer clause `C' is concerned, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of Investigating Officer- Pandit Ingale, P.S.I., Police Station, Pimpalner, Tq. & Dist. Beed, makes a statement that, he will investigate about the age of Pravini within 15 days from

860.15CriWP today after allowing the petitioner to place on record the documents regarding the age. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, further makes a statement that, till the investigation about the age is complete, Pravini will be kept in Government Remand Home at Beed or at Ambajogai and her proper care will be taken.

In the light of above, the Petition stands disposed of.
