The order dated 02/01/2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Parbhani passed in M.A. No.621/2016, by which, the process is issued against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 464 of the Indian Penal Code, is a subject matter of challenge in this writ petition. The said order was subjected to challenge before the Sessions Judge, Parbhani. The challenge was turned down by the impugned order dated 07/04/2022. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Mr. Kale, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent /original complainant submits that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement of dispute. The respondent no.2 - Murlidhar Sonabarao Mule has submitted an application for disposal of complaint as he do not wish to proceed further. A copy of such 1/2

for identification.

In view of the development, Mr. Dhorde, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that writ petition may disposed of.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed.

The trial court is at liberty to pass appropriate order on the application seeking withdrawal of complaint.
