Thereafter within time, the present application has been filed. It is further contended that the persons mentioned in the application are the only legal heirs of the deceased appellant. Death Certificate is also placed on record.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of. Legal heirs of deceased appellant, as are mentioned in the application be taken on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
