Order :- Heard Mr. A. M. Gaikwad, learned counsel for applicants. 2.

The applicants were supposed to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- for the last year on or before 31st March, 2018. 3.

The learned counsel submits that because of death of Masud Ahemad Abdul Rehman, who was looking after the litigation, the amount could not be deposited within the given period. Learned Counsel requested to allow the applicants to deposit the amount as per Order dated 12-10-2017. 4.

In view of the submissions so made, the following order is passed :-

O R D E R

1.

The applicants are permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- as per the Order dated 12-10-2017. 2.

The civil application stands allowed and disposed of. 3.
