In view of the fact that at present show cause notice has been issued, we have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for respective parties on merits. Interest of justice would be sub-served by passing the following order : a) In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the petition at this stage. Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner may file his reply to the show cause notice issued by the Committee. The Committee shall hear the petitioner and if the Committee decides to re-open the matter, not being satisfied with the reply to the show cause notice, then the petitioner may agitate the said action of the Committee.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
