The learned Advocate Shri Sapkal places on record a copy of the interim order dated 03.07.2024, passed by the learned Division Bench of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in a bunch of Review Petitions (M.A. No.247 of 2024 in Review Stamp No.1338 of 2024 in Original Application No.238 of 2020 and others).

By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks to challenge the judgment delivered by the learned Tribunal, which is sought to be reviewed by the State of Maharashtra in the above referred 9 Review Petitions.

We are also informed that the Petitioner is a Respondent in those Review Petitions.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

In the event, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed on the Review Petitions, the Petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the original judgment as well as the order passed on the Review Petition, before this Court.
