Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner has already joined the services at Loni (Bk.) Primary School and is rendering his services as Assistant Primary Teacher. 2) Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in case salary is not paid to the petitioner, the respondents may be directed to pay the same to the petitioner. However, in that regard there are no factual details incorporated in the writ petition.

We, however, grant liberty to the petitioner to make a representation/application to the respondents within a period of four weeks from today. The respondents to consider the said representation/application made by the petitioner, keeping in view the factual aspects as also the relevant procedure/Rules and take decision on the

same within a period of four weeks from filing of such application/representation.

3) In the light of the aforesaid statement made by learned Counsel for the respondents, which is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and in view of the fact that the petitioner has joined the services, as aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
