This is an application for restoration of First Appeal, registration of which is refused on 21st June, 2016, for non removal of office objections.

Learned AGP opposed the Application stating that no sufficient ground is made out for restoration and condonation of delay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C", on the condition that in case the First Appeal is allowed and the compensation is
