The above mentioned Civil Applications are filed by the applicant/appellant acquiring body for condonation of delay of 1229 days caused in filing First Appeals.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. L.C.Patil, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Mr. Patil opposed the above said application on the ground that there is inordinate and unexplained delay caused in filing First Appeals. 3.

I have gone through the reasons/grounds stated in the application, from which it appears that the applicants were prevented from filing appeals within time because of procedural aspect to be followed by the applicants, since this is a Government institution. Delay has been caused due to administrative reasons. Some delay has been caused to get the necessary expenses and court fee from the Government and in that process the delay has been caused. Delay caused in filing appeals is not deliberate or intentional.

In view of above, delay caused in filing First Appeals is hereby condoned.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
