Perused the earlier order passed by this Court dated 20.6.2017. It is revealed that the appellant/applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation before the Commissioner of E.C. Act and

This Court was pleased to grant interim stay to the execution of judgment and order passed by the Commissioner, E.C. and Judge, Labour Court, Latur till next date of hearing. It is necessary to confirm the interim stay order passed by this Court. In view of deposit of entire amount of compensation by the appellant, following order is passed;

ORDER

The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
